Why does candy crush say Iam not connected when I am on WiFi
I am using Huawei tablet and king candy crush app from Amazon playstore. I previously had the app on kindle but it's stopped updating because it's too old a model so transferred it. It's connected and worked well and updated until this week.

Are you logged into the game with Facebook or King account?
Sometimes I have no problem but it's on WiFi all the time and today I should have claim bonus on treasure hunt and just get not connected we will save your prize until you are connected and rocket rush says not connected

Which device are you using to play the game? Do you see that pop-up when you are playing the game or while attempting to make a purchase (with Gold bars or real money)? Do you have any screenshots of that error message?
