No Shop Access

Question

For the last few days I have tried playing and have been unable to shop for boosters when I need them. This is not the first time this has happened either. Especially when you guys make upgrades or changes.

Needless to say I am extremely frustrated and pissed. I lost several hundred gold and my top standing for points, rewards and boosters.

I enjoy the playing the games as a way of alleviating the days' stress. I find that that is becoming less so with all these glitches and losses. I would ask that you please rectify this and perhaps restore to me my gold and stuff.

Hi. I'm playing on my desktop computer through Facebook games.

I've lost several hundred gold bars while trying to play on, so as to complete my level. I was forced to waste my bars on lives rather than being able to use the gold at the store to buy any of the boosters that would have assisted me successfully. Anytime I went to the shop, all that would be seen is a loading icon, which has been doing that for days now.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing glitches in your game!

Can you please tell me which device you are using?  If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?

At the end of your post, you have mentioned to "restore your gold and stuff"!  Can you please clarify about this?

Did you lose your Gold bars while trying to purchase some boosters, and you did not receive the boosters?  The more details you can provide, the better assistance I can be!
