No se sincroniza el juego con otros dispositivos

Desde Hace 1 semana mi progreso no se sincroniza en mis 2 dispositivos. En uno va ppr el nivel 21852 y en el otro ppr el 21866 y el logotipo de mi cuenta no avanza.
