Why can't i recover my levels? I was almost at 7000.

Question

I am logged into facebook, but candy crush will not connect to my facebook account like it always has.  I have cleared my cache for 4 weeks.  This started happening about 3 days ago.  I play on my mac computers at work and at home.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!  Same with Soda Crush!  I see someone else is having the same issue as well.  When I tried to buy gold, it said something like "candy crush is having issues, it's not you."  I even took screen shots.😔

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Thank you for informing the device you are using.  Are you playing the App version or on Facebook browser?  Can you post the screenshots you have taken?
