Connecting to Facebook error - Under investigation π© (Edited by CM)
I keep getting an error message (attached) when trying to log in to play the game. It starts me back on level 1. I've reinstalled the game, restarted my tablet, nothing is working. I even tried to play right off of my Facebook account and still get the error message. I'm on day 3 of getting this message. Anyone else experience this before?

Having the same issues. I believe it's a issue with Facebook. Sent an message to them as well.

Can you please tell us which device you are using and which version of the game App do you have right now?
Did you try clearing cache and see if that clears the issue?

Hello there @Noel55 and @Ream925 . I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Facebook login. There's been a FB outage some days ago, so if you've experienced the issues some days ago, you could be because of that.
However, from the screenshot you sent, Noel, it looks related to a more recent FB issue that our team is aware of. Please know that our Studio team is currently working on the problem and will do everything they can to get you all back on track with your game as fast as they can.

I try to connect to facebook through candy crush saga and I get a message, "that we are working on this." I haven't been able to play candy crush saga since 12/12/24. I have tried everything I can think of. Even Uninstaller candy crush saga and reinstalling with the same issue. Very frustrating!!

Same here
Edit : Only on my tablet. Connecting to candy crush via facebook on my phone works fine. My tablet being older than my phone, I'm wondering if this may have something to do with the obsolescence of an app or os.
