First, ensure you’re logged into your Facebook or King account on your old phone. Open Candy Crush, go to settings, and find the option to connect to Facebook or King. Once connected, your progress automatically syncs. Next, just download Candy Crush on your new phone, log into the same Facebook or King account, and voila! Your progress populates right where you left off.
