Play button showing even if I don't have lives

System can block the play button if I don't have the lives or else it should show the icon there itself to show the purchase life option

The choice to purchase lives will appear as soon as you press play though @sarunmathy. Also some people might not want to purchase extra lives, so having the option appear all the time would not be popular.
