Do you have any boosters in your inventory? These won't transfer unless you copy the old iPad or iPhone on set-up of your new iPad. I find this is an option for Apple devices if you hold the two devices next to each other.

If you have already set up your new iPad then make sure your game is saved on the old device first, then download the Candy Crush app from the App Store on the new iPad and start playing. The game will prompt you to either save the game as a new player or load your existing game. Make sure you don't save it by making a new account, but choose the option that you "already have a King account", then log in with your saved login details and the game should bring you straight to your saved level and your gold balance will be there, but boosters are stored on the old devices, so they won't be there. If you play via Facebook choose that option and it should also take you to your saved game.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Thank you for the feedback. To keep your Candy Crush saga rolling no matter which device you’re on, you just need to use the game’s built-in synchronization feature. First up, make sure you have Candy Crush installed on all your devices. Next, you’ll need to connect the game to the same Facebook or King.com account on each device.

Once you’ve logged into Candy Crush with your account on all devices, your game progress automatically syncs. That means you can switch from playing on your phone to your tablet without ever missing a step. Make sure your devices have an internet connection when you’re ready to sync
