I just lost a level without playing a single move..they just started the level and it ended automatically saying oops

This is already one of my concerns involving this problem of making only "one" move on the board at a much higher level, this would result in having a lot of resources ahead, so through this problem there is no way to save or buy your Gold Bars to have more chances without the risk of losing the Advanced Winning Sequence at new levels! This was very frustrating in my opinion...

This is probably THE most annoying thing that can happen to anyone in this game: Those lovely win streak boosters and starting boosters we play when things are at their best block the spaces of other candies and block the one or two possible first moves on our starting board! All you can do is play the level once again and it won' t happen next time because you won't have your win streak boosters. Unfortunately King don't often fix this error because few players complain about these levels. Most move on and pass it next time and forget about it. However this should not happen and it can be fixed by King, so if you let them know which level it is you encountered the problem with the Community Manager could report it to King as the problem can be fixed. You could also report it to Player Support either through Settings in your game or using the "contact us" at the bottom of this page. It won't help you unfortunately, your win streak and all its benefits is lost.
