Level 11639

on level 11639 start candies were diced twice and each time no match was possible, so I failed level even before I started it.

I can NOT fail level if I havent started that level. Level if failed before the first move is made? This is bug and bad logic.

As result I lost my super color bomb, my second tier progress and etc.

You are absolutely right! The issue is not from your device, but the game itself.

There are some levels that immediately fail like your current level! What causes this is the boosters we earned through win-streak and the pre-game boosters! When there is no much place on the board to make a move because of the blockers and the special boosters won’t have any place to make move, the game automatically closes and tells us we failed.

But, yes! Since you do not have that many boosters blocking the board now, you did not fail this time!

We have been reporting such levels and the game Studio is tweaking those levels. I will report this level also to our Community In-charge, so it can be tweaked as well.

note this is not device related issue. Its not a glitch too. Its faulty logic in particular situation (Senior automation QA and data base engineer here).

i opened the level again. This time there are possible switches.

Note all the goals and moves - 21.

On the failed pics you can see 21 moves at fail, which proves I did not made a single move. Same with level points - 0

when level failed: i opened the level and immediately I got msg that there are no possible switches. The game changed candies places and same msg again until level failed.

Since I was not able to do even a single move I failed the level without even playing it. This is bad logic and a bug. In this particular case game should offer at least restart, since players have 0 fault for lack of switches.

I am sorry! I did not understand what you meant by "candies were diced twice"! Can you please explain a bit? And also post a screenshot of level # 11639 as soon as you open the level board to play?

Looks like you are using an Apple device! Can you check which version of the App do you have right now?
