I can play on my Mac Pro laptop, but I cannot on mt I12 Any ideas why every time I get on I hit the play button and everything fades out.

Are you seeing a Grey screen (as if the lights have been turned off)?

** If not, can you please share a screenshot of what you see on your game map?

** If yes, can you please check something for me?⬇️

* Close the App and clear from recently opened Apps;
* Give it 2 minutes and reopen the App again;
* Do not click on "Play", but click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) you see at the bottom left corner  of game "Home" screen;
* Then, click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Check if the menu in "Help Center" appears or you still see Grey screen there!

Make sure your FB app is updated along with the CC app. When I have problems, this usually fixes it. If it doesn’t, the I do a full shutdown/reboot of the phone.
