I forgot my password and I no longer have access to that email can I restore my progress?

Hello, I have a problem. I bought a new phone for my father, and I want to transfer his game progress from his old phone to the new one, but I don't have the account password and I no longer have access to that email. Is it possible to restore his progress? My father's level was 9183 its kinda hard and painful to restart from scratch :(
