level 6896 does not work. Please fix it
You correct @juliaf45678, the game studio broke this level a while ago by removing the frog necessary to collect the yellow key. Currently, the level is impossible unless you you use a hammer or magically get a double color bomb combo. So far, the studio has refused to fix it. Please do complain to Player Support regarding this. The more complaints they receive, the more likely something will get done about it.
It's best to contact Support via the game app. Open the game and go to the settings menu (cogwheel icon). There tap the '?' icon, then select New Levels/Level Help. Choose any of the topics there and scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' at the bottom. You will receive an automated email at first. Reply to that email and explain your problem, include a screenshot if possible.

Hi!! My grandmother is on level 11xxx and she has all bonuses, she can play advertises and get more lives and I have only 5 lives and that's it. No challenges at all.. 😞
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
