I was playing and I have lost my lives. I stopped for a moment and when I came back all my progress had disappeared. I was in level 5200 something, and now I’m back to 2000 something. What happened? I don’t want to play all over again

Which device are you using to play the game?
Can you please try this —> Log out of the game — close the App — shutdown your device — restart it after 5 minutes — reopen the App — log back into the game — replay an old level (win or lose, does not matter) — go back to game map and see if your progress is back.
