Level 1539, not enough moves

Hello,

I have read several discussions and support messages prior to posting mine about this level. This level is extremely challenging because there isn't enough moves alloted and/or most moves go to freeing the keys. Harder candies to release the dragons which does lead a player to feel they have to purchase additional boosters.

I have had boosters and no boosters still this level is extremely difficult. Are there any new suggestions on how to free the dragons with the 25 moves?
