Not receiving ANY friend lives

For about a month now I’m not receiving any friend lives even though I’m asking for them multiple times a day.
I’ve logged out, updated my app, closed the app and nothing.

Please advise as to what is going on.

I would suggest you to send a complaint through your game Help Center⬇️

1. Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) in top right corner of game map screen;
2. Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
3. You will be in the "Help Center";
4. Look at the topics and look for issues about "Lives not receiving" (something like that) and follow the instructions.
