Internet connection problem

Hello! I have a problem trying to connect my game to the internet. Whenever I go to the game store or trying to connect my game to my Facebook account the game says I’m offline, although I’m not offline, I checked the connection many times. I’m playing on an iPhone so I can’t clear cache. I’ve even tried to reinstall the game but it still has the same problem.
