Frequent crashes

Candy Crush Saga:
I finished game number 13010 as the winner so was due 45 gold bars. Then the orange/yellow Yeti struck and the game froze, rather than moving on. When I restarted the game came up, but without my gold bars. This is happening more and more frequently. Also when the tube fills with blue balls that also frequently freezes requiring a restart and all friend added on lives then vanish. Not a Happy Bunny!!

Running Mac OS 13.7.2 on an iMac. This appears on a regular basis requiring a restart each time and it normally reverts to the standard 5 lives and all accumulated fiends lives disappear. Chrome is up to dateVersion 131.0.6778.205 (Official Build) (x86_64) There is frequently a freeze when blue balls are added to the column.

Also, please try to clear your cache and make sure that you have at least 2GBs of free space on your device.
