Often when I go to watch ads at the end of a game for some bonus moves, there’s just a black screen.

Often when I go to watch ads at the end of a game for some bonus moves, there’s just a black screen. So I can collect any extra moves, as there’s no ad to watch, let alone the opportunity to watch 3 ads. It’s very frustrating - is there a way to correct this
