Connection issue and not connecting to the App Store

Hello again. Yesterday I downloaded facebook app from App Store. I read about it that it may solve the issue. But it didn’t. Today the connection was automatically ok, and I didn’t know why. I played some hours, and now the connection issue happened again

I have tried many ways in internet. I have played with or without vpn, and it hasn’t connect to the App Store yet.
So many solutions are written in google and in here, none of them worked.
