You seem to be offline in your screenshot. Do you have any friends in your game? Any events at all? I'm not sure how you can enjoy playing without access to events. Can you use your gold bars? Do you also play on your phone?
He must have been playing from the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10/11. The same platform that @T0rr1e was using:
On a desktop PC, it works only from the CCS game on Facebook.
What platform are you playing @ToshiroFuji? I have also noted in another thread that you seem to have no events in your game except the booster wheel. If you have taken a long break from playing, which it seems that you have (you both state that you have played since 2018 and are only on level 500, that is how I assume you took a long break) then it may be that you need to reload the game altogether and start again from level 1. Your account might no longer be functional as the game has been rewritten and updated many times. Do not worry if you do this because it is possible to get from level 1 to level 500 quite quickly. If you delete the app and reload it you would also get all the events and the ability to add friends to yours game. Try to save it using a King Account, which seems to work a lot better than Facebook. The game is best played on mobile devices now, like a phone or tablet.
