Hello @Danielouis Facebook game progress resetting to level one is a known issue and it is currently being investigated by King.
As far as I know there isn't anything you can do to fix this problem yourself other than to try playing on a mobile device if you don't already.

Which device are you using to play the game? Did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the account (Facebook or Kingdom) you usually use?
Do you play the game on a different device? If so, did you check if your level progress is intact on that device?
