OMG, so this new change has been made without realising this could break these levels. Not much hope for the future of the game then.
Are you going to stop playing when you get to the end? I think I'll stop after All Stars but the more changes I see the more I fear I won't even make it to that. I'll miss all my friends here. It's been such fun exchanging experiences and tips. But the times for tips is over as one tip now fits all levels, so in case we don't chat again, it's been a pleasure and privilege. Must go and do something else now on this cold but sunny day. Have a nice weekend!
Yes, all those yellow key levels are a concern. By the way, they can now be broken by placing the color bomb under the marmalade. It was there to protect the yellows. For years, the levels have been designed on the premise that boosters cannot be placed under marmalade, licorice locks, etc. Now with the recent change, all those intelligent levels can become too troublesome, and I'm afraid this will be dealt with in the usual manner: by replacing them with hastily designed rubbish.
Yep, my thought EXACTLY. We should start a competition of guessing which level will get the chop next. I agree with you on 7052.
I just hope they won't start on the yellow key dragon ones next. 3822. I am very concerned about that one. A double colour bomb would destroy the mechanism and if that's where King are heading with the game…..
Nope, I didn't know. Are they going to change all levels that are frequently asked about? 7052 is next then? Sometimes I wonder if I should just stop answering those posts.
By the way @MannyFae on another note, did you notice they made level 3030 easy now? After seven years of having to hit the magic mixer that releases the dragon with striped candies from below we now have an added layer below the mixer to make it easy. That change seems to be just since January as in December players were still asking about it.
Yay @christinewupp ! There are quite a few puzzle-type frog levels in the 12,000-13,000 ranges, I'm so glad they have been left untouched! I don't think they're meant to be difficult, and the game probably would let you pass them without relying on the frog, but I just like using it!
This one allows you to do things in a different order and generally play the game in the way you see fit, and that's what frog levels are all about. Many levels have obvious uses for the frog, but on most or all of the frog levels, you can step away from the well-trodden path and try to win a level by doing something unusual. The frog is the joker up your sleeve, long live Samantha the frog!

Thank you so much for showing me that some of these do still exist.
There are a few methods to pass this level, all involving the frog. I have found that the game is helping me each time I play this level, as is the case so often with the more challenging level designs now and chances are you have already passed this level by the time you read this @jumper7.
It's such a nice level so I'll run through it:
The starting board. There is a set sequence here to follow. The frog is locked up so the first thing to do is get the blue key to unlock the frog.
I now match candies until I have unlocked the box marked 6 blue. (This next screenshot is from a different attempt, so the frog colour is not the same)
now it's time to move the frog next to the box with the orange stripe, which will unlock it and produce a double wrap combo.
Striking this will charge the frog again and break the liquorice to unlock the box in the bottom marked "7 liquorice".
There are several means to unlock the red keys and the game is helping me each time I play this level. I decide to place my frog near the box with the striped candy at the top, as it is obviously in this level for this reason. It will hit both red keys and release the marmalade from the dragon in the top row.
Then I match candies around the liquorice near the bottom right to get the 30 orange required to unlock that box.
The game helps at this point and I do not need to use the frog any more, but I could also charge it again in this position by matching it with other yellow candies. There are several choices to proceed from here.
After matching enough orange candies this double colour bomb combo appears:
I could use the frog to get the last red key but of course the double colour bomb combo will unlock the last box and it will be easy to rescue the three dragons from this position.
@MannyFae Have you tried this level? I find that although this is one of the few remaining intelligent frog levels the game is being so helpful each time I play it that I can pass this even without using the frog. I got double colour bomb combo on my first attempt near the start! But at least this one hasn't been axed yet. (There are a few interesting levels of this type in the 17,000+ range, but I have not seen any in the last few weeks' new releases.)

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
