I wish to know HOW I get the 12 months supply of Gold Bars I won after winning the Winter Cup. I have been playing the game daily for the past three months, not missing a day, please check the daily reward we receive …. I have given my ID and a shot of the final scores. I received a modest 4different helpers but NO gold bars which were the prize.

I won the game fair and square and King needs to honour their prize.
