it shows the same amount of gold bars on each but that’s all, the playing level on each is different and the number of boosters on this phone(the newer phone) shows locks on each one.

The level and amount of gold should be identical on both phones as your progress and gold balance is stored on King's server. The boosters are stored on the phone and so will be different for each device. There will be no boosters on the new phone as they don't transfer between devices.
If the levels shown are different, make sure your progress is saved on the old phone. Close the app on both devices. Make sure the game is updated on both. Also check both devices are set to the correct time and date. Open the app on the new phone and it should show the same level that was saved on the old phone.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
