Hello @1TJRJF This level does still play for me just like the video shows, so please take another close look at the video. At this point on my screenshot below you need to use the dragon to free the two other keys: match the three yellow keys by moving the dragon to the left, switching its position with the key that can be moved.
After that move the first portal will open and the keys will drop down onto the main board for you to remove them with striped or wrapped candies.
When you have achieved this the two remaining dragons will drop onto the main board you can finish the level:

Yes! I can't get the keys
I can get all of 1st part done, so the dinos are by the keys, but only unlock one key. Thanks!

II posted a king community to find out why I am unable to retrieve the rewards after listening to a 30 second video. All it does is repeat. And I have used quite a lot of my gold bars and I would like them back because this is not working. I have done all the mentioned in community, and still does not work. I'm about toβ¦
I stopped giving relationships. Unfortunately now a reaction. I won 72 gold bars with Candy royal and I also played the mint snowstorm and there was also a eufo Unfortunately I did not get all these boosters? Was there a malfunction or what was the problem
Need a help
I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didnβt get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. I did have to use my gold bars a couple of times but I thought that would still keep the Super Ball. WHAT HAPPENED? I finally lost at 14628 but maybe if the Super Color Balls where still there, Iβ¦
