Often 40 times one level to pass, if I don't 'pay'. Main feeling - frustration, no pleasure. If I pay it goes quick, if not loong boring repeting of the same level. It was not so earlier.

Are you experiencing difficulty with level # 11,000? I tried the level in my game and it is the same as I played last time! In my experience, except for a few, most of the Milestone levels are easy to pass.
Can you please post a screenshot of the level (after clicking on Play and opening the game board), for me to check?

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
