after selecting the level, the screen dims and nothing happens. I restarted my device, deleted and reloaded the app and still does not work

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
