Why are my lives not topping up when I hit 1670 milestone and I won some rewards but they’ve not been awarded

I’m level 1670 on Candy Crush Saga and I completed three episodes and didn’t get full lives replenished.

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? This game does not have any rewards until we reach "thousands" as in 1000, 2000, 11000, etc., Unless, you are asking about the Star⭐️ that we reach every 3 episodes!!
Are you not receiving lives even after you have sent requested to your friends?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
