REDEEMING A GIFT CARD AND NOT LOSING MY PROGRESS

Hi, I downloaded candy crush on my iPhone I was playing for over a year with no account. I have Microsoft points and redeemed a Candy Crush Card. I use iOS as a sign and the FAQ it says, I can still redeem my card by logging out and and register my game. I've done this and it just keeps giving me a new account starting from the beginning with a new profile(s). I can't use my game at level 187 or redeem my card. 3 emails and it still doesn't work. I even got a Newbie with 1 week double bars. Help
