New phone levels back to 1

new phone both my new and old are now on level 1 when I was on 7100 !!!! Please help

* Open the game and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
* Tap the “?” for the Help Center.
* Select the topic that matches your issue.
* Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us, and include your last known level (7100).
