New phone levels back to 1

new phone both my new and old are now on level 1 when I was on 7100 !!!! Please help

2. Check Your Internet Connection:
   • Make sure you’re connected to the internet so the game can retrieve your saved data.
3. Contact Player Support:
   • If logging in doesn’t restore your progress, you can reach out to Player Support for help.
   • Open the game and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
   • Tap the “?” for the Help Center.
   • Select the topic that matches your issue.
   • Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us, and include your last known level (7100).
