I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!
Which device you using to play the game and which version of the App do you have right now? Can you provide more details about the issue… what did you mean by "not loading"? You are clicking on the feature but, it not opening or you are not able to click on the Dice to make it roll?
The more details you provide, the better it will be for me to report the issue to our Community In-charge team!
