Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, did you save the game either through Facebook or King account?
Did you delete the game or change your device and not able to get the progress back in the game? Then, all you need to is reinstall/download the App again and log back in with the same account details you have used before.
If that is not working, please provide more details, as to what is happening, why are you not able to continue where you left off!

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
