How can I recover my account?
Hello everyone, I have a problem that I am facing with my account.
First, I have downloaded the game on my old device for years and I am logged in with this email (ramlh_2011@hotmail.com)
But the problem is that I forgot the password and all the account information to be able to recover it and put a new password, so I would like to change this email to a new one to avoid losing my progress in the levels. I hope someone can help me with this issue because I sent many emails to to the support system but they did not even respond to me ;(!!!

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here

First of all, thank you for your response
I sent them several emails and it continued for almost two months! And their response to me is always with solutions that are not related to my problem at all, as if it were an automated response such as (steps to make sure the device and game are updated)
I tried several times to search for another way to communicate with them, but I have not found any direct way yet
