Trouble with the store after I run out of moves

I'm on Android, over the last few weeks I've had trouble not being allowed to spend gold or watch videos to get extra moves. Not all the time but more often than it should. Any solutions?

    I understand you're not able to use your in-game Gold Bars.

    While technical issues are very frustrating, the great news is that they are also generally quite easily fixed. The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please try the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:

    • Close all apps and restart your device:
      • On most phones, press your phone's Power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts. 
        You may need to tap Restart > Restart.
    • Check and update your Android version and the game app
    • Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
    • Sync your device with Google servers:
      • Open your phone's Settings app.
      • Tap System  Date & Time.
      • Turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
      • Change the date and time to be incorrect.
      • Turn on Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
