My gold bars disappeared already happened 3 times for 10 bars each time? How can I recuperate them? It is always when I start playing again…

I am sorry to hear that you are losing your gold bars from the game!
If you are sure that you did not spend those Gold Bars on anything, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can check what might have happened!
