I can't get past an episode race screen glitch

This is all I get on Facebook - no button to press, no way past it. I reloaded a couple of hours after first encountering it and it wasn't there, but as soon as I passed another level, it reappeared and I can't go further. I really don't want to completely clear my cache; is there any other way, or is this a known issue?

    also getting the same message. i even shut down my laptop to see if it would help but still isn't working. been like that since this for over 12hrs now
