When I try to start the game with my account (linked to Facebook), when I tap the “Play” button, the app closes automatically in a few seconds, always. On both my iPhone 13 Mini and iPad the same thing happens using my account.
What can I do? Is it a problem with my player data?
I have already tried:- I checked I have enough empty storage space
- Updating to the latest version of iOS: still the same
- Restarting the iPhone: still the same
- Delete and reinstall Candy Crush again: this way it lets me play a level once, but if I lose and I try again, the application crashes. When I restart the app, it crashes again when I tap "Play" as before.
Please help, I'm on level 10089 and I would like to continue playing Candy Crush!
