Deleting Facebook, keep CC'Ss progress

Hello, I am posting this again because the initial response with a link to resolve the issue I got from @kiara_daes didn't work. I responded that I got a permission error but haven't had a response since. I already have a King account but when I tried the link, I got the permission error. Please help.

    If you’d like to transfer your game progress from Facebook to a King account, follow these steps:

    Step 1: Create a King Account

    1️⃣ Open Candy Crush Saga on your device.
    2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom-left of your screen.
    3️⃣ Click on "My Profile."
    4️⃣ Select "Sign up with email" and create your King account by entering your email, password, and name.
    5️⃣ Tap "Create My Account."

    Step 2: Sync Your Progress

    1️⃣ Log out of Facebook in the game’s profile menu.
    2️⃣ Close and restart the game.
    3️⃣ Log in using your newly created King account (select "Log in with email").
    4️⃣ Your progress should transfer automatically.

    If your progress doesn’t sync, don’t worry! You can contact King Player Support for manual help:

    • Open Candy Crush Saga
    • Go to Settings (gear icon)
    • Tap the ? icon and choose Progress Issues
    • Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us

    None of these solutions worked 😤

    Even when I click Progress Issues there is NO option to contact support. I'm very frustrated.

    To contact player support from settings in the game you need to scroll through all the options and then scroll to the bottom of the page. This is what I see when I go into "progress issues" :

    Now I choose the top option "How can I merge my Facebook and my King account?" and this page opens:

    I scroll to the bottom of that page and I see "contact us" at the bottom:
