How can I get my streak back after it freezing?

I just watched 3 ads to earn extra moves & after watching the third ad the game froze. I was in the middle of a race with 300 gold bars at the time and super charged color bomb, this is not the first time that this has happened to me it’s very frustrating and upsetting …how can I get my streak back?
