To contact Support go into settings in the game, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. Then click on the ? icon and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
For a refund you should contact the agent who handles your transaction, such as Apple or Google.
Have you really got nothing better to do with your life than spam the support forum????
