Daily treat machine and chocolate box suddenly disappeared. Is it King deliberately changing things or something went wrong?

Wenn ich ein Level nicht beenden konnte, wurde immer Extra Züge angeboten für 10 Goldbarren bzw. steigend. Kaufte ich nicht sofort und verlor weiterhin das Level, dann wurden immer mehr Züge zum Kauf angeboten.
Das gibt es bei mir nicht mehr. Man bekommt nur noch 5 Züge, egal wie oft verliere. Für diese wenigen Extrazüge kaufe ich mir keine Goldbarren mehr. Also verliert King ja eigentlich. Habe oft gekauft.
I am also missing the daily treat machine which has been around since I started in 2022 but the Extra Lives from Tiff fishing is fairly new and within the last 3 years that I have played there are incentives that come and go but for me the daily treat machine has always been there.
Intentionally removing all these helpful features in order to force players into using real money would most likely result in people losing interest in the long term. I understand that their offers to buy contribute to sustaining the game but things should be balanced. Let's hope that these changes are temporary. Like you said, if it becomes less entertaining players will look for other areas of interest.
The main reason is that 1/2/3 all started with the patch and the episode race was returned, at least no one has mentioned still losing it, on Thursday or Friday. My comment should reflect that one cannot start the race.
Also generally speaking it is highly unlikely King removed the Episode Race and the Daily Treat Machine as a test.
The store/gold is pretty clearly a bug, QueenB seems to be giving a canned response curious if that works or it is a larger issue.
Anyway I could well be wrong but what you attribute to malice I attribute to incompetence :D

I don't think that the fishing boat loss is a "breakage" @Insertnicknamehere . It's just King changing what help is available to players in one of their testing phases. This is intentional.
In fact, I'm not 100% sure if some of the other losses aren't intentional as well. As I concluded from my latest tests there are still 22% of players competing in the latest leaderboard competition at above level 10,000. Most of these undoubtedly have found ways to beat the algorithms they throw at us and probably provide little income to King. I can see someone at King's is tearing their hair out to figure out why some of us survive at the top of the game without emptying our bank accounts to support the King franchise. They might look at taking away even more features from groups at the top in 2025. Eventually they will beat us, but that'll be their loss. We'll just find better ways to pass our time.
