Sorry to hear about your game breaking down @ria Koning but once you have lost a reward from the game there is very little chance of you receiving that reward.
Try restarting your game and then opening the feature that was supposed to reward you with the ten gold.
I am sorry to say that the use of Dutch isn't allowed in this forum, so please could you post any future posts you make using a translator.
