As @Alienscar mentioned, these features rotate and may appear for some players while not for others. The best thing to do is keep your game updated and stay active, as new features often come and go!

Hello @nailya11 you can't 'get' Sweet Cinema. As with every feature of Candy Crush you either have it or you don't. If you don't currently have a feature that you know about and would like to see it in your game all you can do is wait and hope that King delivers the feature to you. Unfortunately there is the likelihood that you will never see this feature in your game as well.

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
