Game has been completely frozen for 24 hours

I completed the last task in the gold chocolate box and now the game is frozen. I’ve restarted the app many times yesterday and today but once I click play I’m back to this screen.

It’s also showing up here I’m on level 1, that’s not the case, I can’t remember exactly where I am but at least 6000
