My wife gets adds to get extra moves I have to pay and don’t get adds. I have also payed to get tokens. I have also finished maps and didn’t receive the tokens that the games says. If you finish this level you will receive 30 or 40 tokens but I didn’t get them. Is this a way to keep getting money?

The fact that you have paid to obtain something for your game @king2410 is the reason you do not get adverts. As soon as you use money in your game King removes all the advert features from your game.
If you fail to receive a reward (boosters or gold) all you can do is contact King Player Support to see if they can help you.
