Keys don't drop in level 8329.

There's other posters saying the same. Whoever answers the posts said, "watch the video". The problem is in the video the player starts with 26 moves. I'm only getting 20 moves. In 1 playthrough my first key dropped after 5 moves, you need 4 keys, do the math. I didn't get another key until I had 1 move left. This is NOT FUN. How am I supposed to finish when the devs don't give enough moves?

No amount of watching videos will help you @spacer as this is an example of King's lack of quality control. King regularly change the number of moves available for levels but they do so without any thought as to how the reduction in moves affects the game play.

Don't pay for extra moves to complete the level as doing so will mean King will feel justified in reducing the moves to 20.

You can wait and hope they adjust the quantity of moves soon or you can try complaining to King Player Support.
