Level complete freeze

upon finishing a level my screen freezes on the completed task bars

If this happens after every level then make sure you close every other app on your device before you start playing Candy Crush and make sure you have 2GB of free memory when you are playing.

If this only happens infrequently then all you can do is close and reopen your game.
