Hey there, does the game close down fully for you, or does it go back to main menu?
If it's the first, then it sounds like the game might be crashing for you, and in that case it's good for us to know what platform you play on and what your Player ID is.
I would recommend checking the game and device for updates as well to make sure that nothing is wrong with those two things, and of course restarting the game and device as well.
It could also be that you have low memory on your device, so freeing up so you have at least 2 GB of memory can help.
