WWhy Is the game not offerring me extra moves. This has happened since I lost my progress and it had to be retrieve d.

Thanks for reaching out! The option to receive extra moves can vary, as some features like watching ads for extra moves are not always available to all players at all times. Since your progress was recently restored, you may currently be in a different test group.

You can try:

Making sure your game is updated to the latest version.
Playing a few levels to see if the feature returns.
Logging out and back in to refresh your account.
